Dr Mridula has years of experience. She has led the Obs and Gynae department at multiple Army Hospitals with her last stint being at 161 Military Hospital, Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand.

There she was the HOD and managed various complicated procedures, high risk pregnancies and general consultation.

She also is a certified Laparoscopic surgeon. She has conducted many procedures using modern techniques that minimize the pain and recovery time for her patients.

She is also a certified Robotic surgeon having worked under her esteemed teacher Dr Room Sinha
